It's simple! Just click on "Search Open Jobs" from our menu in the Career Opportunities section of the ESL Web site, then select "Submit." You can search by work location, title, career area, and key words.
How do I submit my resume?
Select the position(s) that meet(s) your interest and qualifications, then select "Apply On-line" button. Next, follow the link "Click here to login if you have already created a profile." to log into your profile. If you do not have a profile created, simply enter the information to get started. You'll have three options to submitting your resume: You can upload it, build a profile, or cut and paste it.
Which file types are acceptable for my resume?
Acceptable file formats are Microsoft Word documents (.doc, .docx), Adobe Portable Document Format (.pdf), and text documents (.txt, .rtf, .rtx).
How long do you keep my resume on file?
ESL keeps all resumes on file for a minimum of one year, unless you direct us to do otherwise.
How do I know if you have received my resume once I have submitted it online?
You will receive an electronic announcement notifying you that your resume has been received. If you don't receive it almost immediately, check that your "junk mail" filter has not stopped it!
How does the ESL recruiting process work?
When you apply for a position via our Career Opportunities site, your information will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter for consideration. If an appropriate match exists between your experience and the position requirements, you will be contacted by a recruiter.
I forgot my password. How can I find out what it is?
Simply click the "Edit Your Profile" link in the ESL Career Opportunities section. On the log-in screen select the "Can't remember your password?" link. Enter your email address to receive your password or enter your email address and your previously chosen secret question and answer to log-in.
Can you tell me if a job has been filled?
All positions that appear on our web site are up-to-date. If you do not see the position listed, it has been filled or it is no longer available. If you applied for the position, an e-mail will be sent out to your email address notifying you.
