To be eligible for a card, you must be at least age 16 and have an ESL Free Checking or ESL Premier Checking Account. Once you have your card, you can:

• Access up to $1,000 per day per card with ATM withdrawals and PIN purchases.
• Make daily purchases up to $5,000 with your signature.
• Simply choose “debit” or “credit” when making a purchase (either way the money comes out of your checking account).
• PIN is required for debit purchases, but it is not required for credit purchases.

To activate your card, set up your PIN, or change your PIN, please call 844.433.1140. If you know your PIN, you may also activate your card at any ESL ATM. Just perform an ATM transaction that requires entry of your PIN (balance inquiry, deposit, withdrawal, or transfer).

To report a discrepancy with a transaction performed with your ESL Visa Debit Card, you may:

1. Complete the appropriate form and bring to an ESL branch, fax to 585.336.1010, or send via email to eftdisputes@esl.org:
   • ATM Transaction Dispute Form (for ATM transactions done with your ESL ATM or Visa Debit Card)
   • Visa® Debit Card Purchase Transaction Dispute Form (for point-of-sale transactions done with your ESL Visa Debit Card)
2. Connect with us so we can help.

Your card should be blocked as soon as possible when:

• Your card is lost or stolen.
• A transaction was performed using your card number (and your card was not out of your possession).
• A merchant continues to charge you for a recurring payment that you canceled.
• You authorized one transaction for a merchant, and the merchant charged you for a second transaction you did not perform or authorize.
