Frequently Asked QuestionsHow do I view my check images?Log into Internet Banking at esl.org/, click on your checking account title to view your account history, then click on any check number that appears as a hyperlink. How long are the images available?Check images are available online for three months. When are the images made available in Internet Banking?As soon as a check is posted to your account the image will be available. Checks are generally posted at the end of each business day. There is one exception to this rule and that is for ESL checks, it takes three business days for an image of an ESL check to be available for viewing. What type of accounts will have check images available?Free checking, Premier checking and Money Maker accounts will all have check images available online. Home Equity checks will not be available at this time. Why can't I see an image?Sometimes a check is posted to your account before it has been imaged. For example, if any of your checks are presented at ESL branches, the funds would be withdrawn from the account immediately, but the image will not appear for another day or two. If you are unable to see a check image, you may use our Live Member Service, or call us at 800.848.2265 with the Reference Number of the image for assistance. Can I print the image?Yes, simply click on the print button in the check image window while you have the image open. Can I save a copy of the image?Yes, while you have the check image open, right click on the image itself and select "Save Picture As" then choose the location you wish to save the image and name it appropriately. The image will be saved with the file extension of jpeg. |
