Call TEL-E$L at 585.336.1000 or 800.848.2265

For TEL-E$L, press 2.

Follow the voice prompts or enter your menu code (see list below).

To access personal accounts, enter your member number followed by the # key. To access business accounts, enter your business account number followed by the # key.

Enter your TEL-E$L PIN, followed by the # key. If you do not know your TEL-E$L PIN, you may call 585.336.1000 or 800.848.2265 and a Tele-Banker will provide you with a PIN.
