ESL Federal Credit Union Appoints
Celeste Kier as Vice President/Director of
Newly Created Customer Experience Department

Rochester, N.Y. – ESL Federal Credit Union recently appointed Celeste Kier as vice president/director, customer experience. The appointment was made in conjunction with the local credit union's newly created customer experience department, which will be overseen by Kier. In her new position, Kier will lead ESL's ongoing efforts to more closely align the credit union's corporate strategy of delivering a superior customer experience within all aspects of its operations. She will be responsible for developing the processes and procedures necessary to ensure that ESL operates from a customer centric point of view and, for building and monitoring the company's continually evolving customer centric capabilities.

Employed with ESL since 1988, Kier has held the positions of member experience manager, product manager, and most recently as vice president/marketing director where she directed ESL's advertising, marketing, public relations, and member experience initiatives.

Kier, who holds a bachelor's degree in English from University of Rochester and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Rochester, Simon School of Business, is a member of ESL's planning committee. She also serves as board chairperson, Writers and Books; is a member of the State University of New York, Geneseo School of Business Advisory Council and; is active in other various non-profit committees. Kier resides in Conesus, with her husband.
