ESL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION NAMED PRESENTING SPONSOR
OF THE FINGER LAKES RIESLING FESTIVAL

Rochester, New York... On August 15-16, area wineries, restaurants, farmers, artists and musicians will join together for the inaugural Finger Lakes Riesling Festival, "A Mile of Family Fun". And, ESL Federal Credit Union is proud to announce that it is the presenting sponsor for this year's event.

With more than 10,000 visitors expected, there is something for everyone at the Festival, which will be held along Lakeshore Drive and Pier in Canandaigua. The event will feature a wine garden, showcasing 24 area wineries; a special farm market displaying area fruits, vegetables, and flowers; an arts and crafts show and sale; live music provided by the Campbell Brothers, Nik and the Nice Guys, Coda Combo, JazNik, Johnny Bauer, and the Skycoasters; and food demonstrations. For the younger members of the family, there is a super-sized bounce house, arts and crafts and more at the Lakeside Kids' Event Area, and for teens, there are large-scale video game contests, magic and juggling instruction and music challenges in the Teen Tent. Seniors will find an art show, putting contest and free massages in the Legacy Senior Living Tent.

"We are pleased to be the presenting sponsor of this year's Finger Lakes Riesling Festival," said Dave Fiedler, ESL's President/CEO. "Events such as the festival help enrich the quality of life we enjoy in the greater Rochester area. We look forward to what will be a great family summertime event."

Admission to the festival is free. However, donations will be accepted throughout the event and will be required to enter the Wine Garden. A portion of the event's proceeds will be donated to the Canandaigua YMCA Capital Campaign.

Parking will be available in the Parkway Plaza, former Wegman's Plaza, and the CMAC parking lot at Finger Lakes Community College. A free shuttle service for festival goers, who park in the CMAC parking lot, will be available.
