Nothing in this form prohibits the sharing of information necessary for us to follow the law OR to give you the best service on your accounts with us. This includes sending you information about some other products or services. ESL DOES NOT SELL PERSONAL AND FINANICAL INFORMATION.
Your Choices
Restrict information sharing with companies we own or control (affiliates). Unless you say ‘NO’ we may share personal and financial information about you with our affiliated companies.
Restrict information sharing with other companies we do business with to provide financial products and services. Unless you say ‘NO’, we may share personal and financial information about you with outside companies we contract with to provide financial products and services.
To Limit the Use of Your ESL Information
To limit the use of your ESL Information, complete our California Privacy Opt-Out Election form and submit electronically.
You may also print our California Privacy form (pdf) and mail the completed form to us.
If you already completed the California Privacy Opt-Out form, you don’t need to complete another one. Your preferences will remain the same until you tell us otherwise.
