An ESL Mortgage Origination Counselor can offer you that special counseling that only comes with years of experience. Wendy has been with ESL for over 10 years. She has worked in the Consumer Loan and Mortgage Closing areas, and has been originating mortgages and home equity products for ESL since 1999. Wendy's well-rounded lending background makes her especially qualified to assess the best product solution to a member's needs, and to present a thorough overview of the ESL mortgage process - a real plus particularly to first time home-buyers.

Mary has worked in ESL's Mortgage Area since the late 1980's, making her our most experienced Mortgage Originator. She is well known and respected by the members she has served over the past years as evidenced by her following of "repeat" business. Members who bought their first home with Mary's assistance, come back to refinance, and specifically ask for her when looking to finance their second home. A true testament to Mary's commitment to quality member service.

Sue conducts 100% of her mortgage and home-equity origination business remotely, either by phone, or on-line with ESL members. She has worked for ESL full-time or on contract for 18 years; starting in the branches and working in the Mortgage Area for the past 10 years. You will find Sue well versed in all ESL products, services and program promotions. Her customer service skills and ability to simplify the mortgage process consistently earns her rave reviews from members and realtors alike.

Jim - Over the past 20 years, Jim has worked as Originator, Mortgage Sales Manager, and owner - operator of his own mortgage business. Jim's positive, personal and entrepreneurial approach to finding the best financing solution has quickly earned him a respected spot on our Lending Team, and with our members.
