For Immediate Release: ESL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION APPOINTS Rochester, New York – ESL Federal Credit Union has appointed Maureen Wolfe as senior vice president/director of human resources and community relations. Wolfe most recently served as ESL's vice president/people and organization development director since 2008. In her new position, Wolfe is responsible for the development and management of policies and programs that enhance the value of the company's human resources and build employee and stakeholder engagement. Specifically, she will oversee hiring, performance management and talent development for more than 600 ESL employees, and she will develop and manage internal and external communication and public relations programs for the organization. Wolfe is a member of ESL's planning and policy committees and is chairperson of the company's employee benefits plans committee. She holds a bachelor of arts in communications from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master's degree in business administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. Wolfe is a member of the board of directors for Victor Cheerleading Booster Association. She resides in Victor with her husband and their two daughters.
