ESL INVESTMENT SERVICES, LLC PROMOTES
JOSEPH CAPPELLO TO WEALTH MANAGER

Rochester, New York - ESL Investment Services, LLC announces the promotion of Joseph A. Cappello to wealth manager. Cappello, who works at ESL's Chestnut Street office, was formerly a financial consultant for ESL Investment Services.

In his new position, Cappello serves as an investment adviser to high-net-worth individuals and business owners, providing a complex degree of comprehensive financial planning, portfolio construction and ongoing financial monitoring.

Prior to his employment at ESL Investment Services, Cappello served as portfolio manager within the Private Wealth Management Group at JPMorgan Chase, where he actively managed a $500 million portfolio consisting of approximately 300 trust and investment-management accounts.

Cappello received a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in business administration, both from St. John Fisher College. He holds Series 7, Series 26, Series 63 licenses, and he is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), a Certified Mutual Funds Counselor (CMFC) and a Registered ParaPlanner (RP).

Cappello resides in Webster with his wife and two children.
