Tracey admits that when she started in the Contact Center, she did not know much about banking but with the right training and plenty of support, it did not take long for her to see success. Since then, she has grown her career within the Contact Center and now manages and mentors her own team of employees.

More than 76% of openings are filled from within.

Because employees within the Contact Center develop a wide variety of skills and behaviors that are valuable both in more advanced Contact Center roles and other roles within the ESL organization, they definitely make great candidates for advancing and enhancing their careers.
