Candy M. Obourn

Chair of ESL's Board, Nominating and Governance, and Executive Committees. President, Isoflux. Ms. Obourn is former CEO and President, Active Healthcare and previously worked at Eastman Kodak Company where she held several senior management positions, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Film Capture, Digital and Film Imaging Systems. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Parker Hannifin Corporation. Ms. Obourn holds a BA in Mathematics.

Kenneth D. Bell

Director and Compensation Committee member of ESL Federal Credit Union. Former VP, Field Office Director of the Community Preservation Corporation, an affordable housing lender. Mr. Bell previously worked at HSBC Bank USA, N.A. where he held several management positions including EVP, Regional President. He currently serves on a number of boards, including Utica College (Vice Chair), Junior Achievement (past Chair), University of Rochester Medical Center, Eltrex Industries, Inc., Action For A Better Community Foundation, Hope Hall and the Rochester Housing Council. Mr. Bell holds a BS from Utica College of Syracuse University.

Jose J. Coronas

Director and Nominating and Governance Committee member of ESL Federal Credit Union. General Partner of Trillium Group, a Rochester-based venture capital firm and Fund Manager of the University Technology Seed Fund. Former President of Genencor International and J&J Clinical Diagnostics and former VP and General Manager of Clinical Diagnostic Division at Eastman Kodak Company. Holds an MBA degree.

David L. Fiedler

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of ESL Federal Credit Union. Mr. Fiedler previously worked at Eastman Kodak Company where he held several management positions including Director of Investor Relations and Director of Foreign Exchange. He is a Board member of the Rochester Business Alliance and the United Way of Greater Rochester where he serves as Board Chair. Mr. Fiedler holds a BA in Economics.

Ann M. Hayslip

Director and Compensation Committee member of ESL Federal Credit Union. Former Acting President and CEO of Career Development Services (CDS). Ms. Hayslip previously was the Vice President of Counseling Services at CDS and Director of Career Education and Training for the Industrial Management Council (IMC). She is past Chair of the Hillside Family of Agencies and is immediate past President of the board of Save Our Sodus, Inc. in addition to several other community service organizations. Ms. Hayslip holds an MA in Human Development and Learning.

John J. Manilla

Director and Executive Committee member of ESL Federal Credit Union. President and Founding Partner, Pyramid Brokerage Company, Rochester and Buffalo Offices. Member, Board of Directors, Rochester Downtown Development Corporation. He holds a BS from Syracuse University.

Antoinette P. McCorvey

Director and Supervisory Committee member of ESL Federal Credit Union. Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to joining Kodak in 1999, Ms. McCorvey was a Vice President of Monsanto/Solutia (the former Chemical Company of Monsanto). She is past Chair of the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired. She holds an MBA and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Clayton H. Osborne

Director and Compensation Committee Chair of ESL Federal Credit Union. President, True Insights Consulting, a leadership/executive coaching, and team development consulting practice. He is also an adjunct faculty in the St John Fisher Executive Leadership program where he teaches human resources and leadership to students earning Doctorates in Education and Executive Leadership. Prior to his current roles, he was a Vice President of Human Resources for Bausch & Lomb. He previously was the Director of Operations for Monroe County. Prior to his role with the county, he served as the Western Regional Director for the NY State Division for Youth and Assistant Professor of Social Welfare and Counseling at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a member of the Board of the University of Rochester Eye Institute, Chair of the Board of the Workforce Diversity Network, and immediate past Chair of the Center for Governmental Research. Mr. Osborne holds a BA & MS degree from SUNY Albany.

Dale E. Skivington

Director and Compensation Committee member of ESL Federal Credit Union. Assistant General Counsel at Eastman Kodak Company and currently Director of the International and Employment Law Legal Staffs. Ms. Skivington has previously held the title of Chief Privacy Officer, and was a founding Board Member and Officer of the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Prior to joining Kodak, Ms. Skivington was in private practice and an Assistant Attorney General for the State of New York. Ms. Skivington also chaired the New York State Business Council's Labor and Human Resources Committee, served as the Chair of the Women's Health Partnership, the President of the Board of the Legal Aid Society of Rochester and served on the Boards of the Monroe County Bar Association, Monroe County Bar Foundation, Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys and various community organizations.
