Gary P. Van Graafeiland

Chair of ESL's Board, Nominating, and Executive Committees. Retired Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to joining Kodak in 1979 he was associated with the Rochester law firm of Harter, Secrest, and Emery. Holds a Juris Doctorate from Cornell University.

Jose J. Coronas

General Partner of Trillium Group, a Rochester-based venture capital firm and Fund Manager of the University Technology Seed Fund. Former President of Genencor International and J&J Clinical Diagnostics and former General Manager of Clinical Diagnostic Division at Eastman Kodak Company. Holds an MBA degree.

David L. Fiedler

Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of ESL Federal Credit Union. Mr. Fiedler previously worked at Eastman Kodak Company where he held several senior management positions including Director of Investor Relations and Director of Foreign Exchange. Holds a BA in Economics.

Ann M. Hayslip

Former Acting President and CEO of Career Development Services (CDS). Also worked as Vice President of Counseling Services at CDS and Director of Career Education and Training for the Industrial Management Council (IMC). Holds a BS in Education and a MA in Human Development and Learning.

John J. Manilla

President and Founding Partner, Pyramid Brokerage Company, Rochester and Buffalo Offices. Member, Board of Directors, Rochester Downtown Development Corporation and Strong Memorial Hospital. Holds a BS from Syracuse University.

Antoinette P. McCorvey

Finance Director, Consumer Digital Group, and Vice President Corporate Finance Group for Eastman Kodak Company. Prior to joining Kodak, Ann was a former Vice President of Monsanto/Solutia. Holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Management Accountant.

Candy M. Obourn

CEO and President, Active Healthcare. Ms. Obourn previously worked at Eastman Kodak Company where she held several senior management positions, most recently as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Film Capture, Digital and Film Imaging Systems. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Parker Hannifin Corporation. Ms. Obourn holds a BA in Mathematics.

Clayton H. Osborne

Vice President, Human Resources, for Bausch & Lomb. Mr. Osborne previously was the Director of Operations for Monroe County under the administration of former County Executive Tom Frey. Prior to his role with the county, he was the Regional Director for the New York State Division for Youth for Western New York and an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Social Work at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is currently the Board Chair for the Career Development Services (CDS), a member of the Executive Committee of the United Way, and Vice Chair of the Board of the Center for Governmental Research. Mr. Osborne holds a MS in Social Work.

Stephen R. Van Arsdale

Director and Personnel Committee Chair of ESL Federal Credit Union and Assistant General Counsel of Wegmans Food Markets. Prior to joining Wegmans, he practiced with the Rochester firm of Harter, Secrest & Emery. Holds a Juris Doctorate from Duke University.
