President and CEO States Construction of Corporate Headquarters Ahead of Schedule
ESL Federal Credit Union President and CEO Dave Fiedler stated in a TV interview with Channel 8 (CBS) that construction of the credit union's new corporate headquarters is ahead of schedule. The new building will be located at 225 Chestnut Street in downtown Rochester. During the interview, which took place on Thursday, April 9, Fiedler stated ESL will expand its workforce once the move to downtown is complete. Fiedler told the reporter that "he expects ESL's move downtown will attract more residents, (which) is good news for Rochester and (ESL's) business."
"I think there's a lot of reason - particularly with residential activities starting downtown - to believe we'll see a renaissance in downtown Rochester," Fiedler said.
