Headquarters Construction Site Update

Since the time ESL Federal Credit Union broke ground for its new headquarters on July 30, a great deal of site preparation has occurred. In addition, the concrete foundation has been poured and footings have been placed. As of Monday, Jan. 12, the first steel beam - weighing 2,590 pounds and 35' tall - was erected. Placement of the structural steel is expected to be completed by the end of March. During April-July, the concrete floors will be poured, and exterior wall framing and placement of brick will begin.
