ESL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION TRAINING and DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST MAKES TRAINING MAGAZINE'S 40 UNDER 40

Awards Program Recognizes the top 40 training professionals age 40 and under

Rochester, New York... Julie Demo, ESL Federal Credit Union Training and Development Specialist, was recently recognized as one of America's top 40 under 40 young training professionals by Training magazine.

Training magazine, a leading national trade publication for training and development, announced the winners of its 2011 Top Young Trainer awards in Minneapolis in March.

The Top Young Trainer awards program highlights emerging young leaders in the training industry. Candidates are nominated by co-workers or industry peers and are selected by Training editorial advisory board members and editor-in-chief. More than 125 nominations were submitted for consideration in this year's awards process. The Top 40 Young Trainers were selected based on the following criteria:

  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • technical competence
  • career progression in an accelerated time frame
  • the solution to a learning and development challenge and the business results its achieved
  • the development of an innovative training solution/program
  • ability to consistently produce training results
  • demonstrated ability to design training programs that are strategically aligned with business objectives
