  2. Your name will already be entered
  3. Choose a topic

  2. Click Secure Chat
  3. Your name will already be entered
  4. Choose a topic
  5. Tap Begin Chat
  6. You will now see where you are in the queue
  7. After an ESL representative greets you, type your question or request and click Send
  8. Continue your chat conversation until you get the information or assistance you need

Using the ESL Business Mobile Banking App

This route is fastest if you are already signed in to the ESL Business Mobile Banking app.
