  • Actively assist women in realizing their full leadership potential.

Santiago’s legal experience began when graduating from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1990. After years in private practice, Santiago joined Eastman Kodak Company in 1999. In addition, she serves as counsel to ESL’s Board of Directors advising them as necessary on matters of corporate governance, and is the senior leader responsible for the maintenance of the organization’s entire governance environment.

Devoted to community involvement and giving back, Santiago enjoys volunteering her time with several nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as chair emeritus of the board for Foodlink Inc., and also serves on the Board of Directors for the Rochester Area Community Foundation, and as a member of PathStone’s Personnel Committee.
