ESL Recognized as a Best Workplace for Millennials by Great Place to Work® and Fortune Magazine

ESL Named One of the Country’s Best Workplaces for Millennials

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce its selection by Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine to the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials in 2022, ranking number 49, on a list that includes small, medium, and large companies.

This year marks the second consecutive year—and the fourth time since 2017—that ESL has been named to this Great Place to Work list. ESL is included among several other impressive companies on the list, including First American Equipment Finance in Victor, Cisco, Edward Jones, and Hilton. The full list can be viewed at greatplacetowork.com/best-workplaces/millennials/2022?category=small-and-medium.

ESL earned this ranking based on how millennials rated their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organizations, no matter who they are or what they do.

“As always, we are grateful and humbled to be recognized on another Great Place to Work list. It’s especially meaningful to be recognized as a great workplace for millennials at this time,” said President and CEO Faheem Masood. “By 2025, it is estimated that 75% of the workforce will be millennials. Whether it’s because of our inclusive culture, our benefits, our expansive learning and development opportunities, or all of the above, it’s gratifying to know that the many millennials who work at ESL today find their experience here to be a very positive and rewarding one.”

This is the second time this year that ESL has been recognized by Great Place to Work and Fortune magazine. In June, ESL was recognized as a Best Workplace in New York, ranking #10.
