ESL Federal Credit Union Names Flor Colón to Board of Directors

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union announces the recent appointment of Flor M. Colón as the newest member of the company’s Board of Directors.

Colón is Associate General Counsel in the Xerox Office of General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer. Prior to her current role, she was responsible for legal support in the Eastern Region of Xerox’s Developing Markets Operation and managed a team of lawyers located in the United Kingdom, Poland, Romania, Russia, and India. Colón served as chair of Xerox’s Corporate Social Responsibility Council to drive actions in the areas of sustainability and corporate social responsibility. She has served on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations in Rochester.

Ms. Colón received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Pace University and a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.
