James Miller Named Manager, Branch Center District, West Side

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently named James Miller as manager, branch center district, west side. In his new role, Miller will be responsible for operational processes as well as the recruitment, management, and retention of the locally-owned credit union's west side branch staff.

Miller joins ESL with more than 16 years in the banking industry. He was most recently employed at First Niagara Bank, N.A., as first vice president and area manager. Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in business management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Miller resides in Webster with his wife, and two children.
