ESL Federal Credit Union Names Jessica Toper as Business Development Mortgage Originator

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Jessica Toper as business development mortgage originator, with a focus on serving upstate New York regions including Jefferson, Lewis, and Oswego counties. As a business development mortgage originator, Toper is dedicated to developing strong partnerships with homebuyers, realtors, and local organizations that serve as resources in the homebuying process.

Toper has an associate’s degree from Jefferson Community College.
