ESL Names Matt Kelley as Chief Investment Officer, Wealth Management

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently named Matt Kelley as chief investment officer, wealth management. In his new position, Kelley leads a team of analysts to support the ESL Wealth Management business and deliver a centralized approach to managing customer investments. Kelley first joined ESL in 2019 as a manager, portfolio strategy where his responsibilities included the oversight of the investment philosophy, approach, and overall performance of internal investment portfolios for ESL. As chief investment officer, Kelley’s responsibilities will continue and assist in the growth and development of portfolio models to serve clients of ESL Federal Credit Union Wealth Management subsidiaries including ESL Investment Services, ESL Trust Services, LLC, and Cooper/Haims Advisors, LLC.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester.
