ESL to Reimburse Fees to Those Impacted by Hurricane Dorian

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union released this statement today regarding its customers who are impacted by Hurricane Dorian.

To all of our customers impacted by Hurricane Dorian, we’re thinking of you. In an effort to provide some peace of mind to customers who live in impacted areas, ESL will refund ATM fees and waive ESL loan late fees between September 1 and September 30. We will also waive credit card late fees and payments due during the months of October and November.

If customers are traveling in areas affected by the storm, and incur ATM or ESL loan late fees, they are encouraged to contact the credit union at 585.336.1000, 800.848.2265, or its online chat at www.esl.org.
