ESL Federal Credit Union Names John Cirella as Business Banking Senior Relationship Manager

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently promoted John Cirella to senior relationship manager of its business banking team. Cirella originally joined ESL in 2012 as relationship manager. In his new position, Cirella will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business banking relationships in the Greater Rochester area. He will also facilitate the full range of loan, deposit, and other non-credit services to existing and prospective clients.

Cirella previously managed a portfolio of diverse clients as a commercial loan officer for Northwest Savings Bank, where he specialized in developing commercial credit opportunities. He also worked at Five Star Bank serving in several capacities including branch management and small business development.

Cirella is a graduate of the University of Rochester, where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology. He resides in Spencerport with his wife and two children.
