ESL Federal Credit Union Names Sharon Maley Manager, Contact CenterMay 27, 2015

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently named Sharon Maley as manager, contact center. In this role, Maley will oversee day-to-day operations as well as the sales and service of the locally operated 54-member call-center staff.

Maley originally joined ESL in 1998 and has held several positions including sales supervisor, operations/analysis manager respectively. Her most recent position was as fraud prevention manager. Maley is a board member/treasurer of Gates Chili Color Guard Parents, Inc., and a board member of Young American Patriots Drum Corp, Inc. Maley resides in Gates with her husband and three children.
