ESL Federal Credit Union Names Stacia Geib, Customer Experience Program Manager

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently named Stacia Geib as customer experience program manager. In her new position, Geib will be responsible for ensuring the company delivers a consistent customer experience among its three lines of business – consumer (retail), business banking, and wealth management.

Geib joined ESL in 2012 as product market manager. In that role, she was responsible for ensuring that market/customer needs are taken into consideration for product and service development and delivery. Prior to joining ESL, Geib held positions at Delphi, and most recently at Kodak as director product marketing, essentials business. Geib holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Cornell University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.

Geib resides in Fairport with her husband, and two sons.
