As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, John works with commercial and industrial clients and not-for-profit organizations to support their operations, growth, capital needs, and long-term financial support goals. His focus includes building trusted relationships with clients, learning how each business or organization operates so their financing strategies match their needs and goals. As a result, this helps borrowers strengthen operations, bridge funding gaps, invest in growth, and navigate complex financial decisions with confidence.

John graduated from St. John Fisher University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Cancer Support Community at Gilda’s Club Rochester. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with family-centered activities with his wife and three daughters, along with strength training and playing the drums.
