Jenny HumphreysBranch Manager, Seneca Falls & Waterloo
As the Branch Manager of our Seneca Falls and Waterloo Offices, Jenny oversees branch operations and staff coaching. Her leadership efforts play an instrumental role in equipping her team with the support and knowledge they need to help provide members with a superior experience. A member of our team since 2026, Jenny brings more than nine years of financial services experience to this role. Prior to the ESL acquisition of Generations Bank, she held the title of AVP Seneca County Market Manager.

Outside of work, Jenny reinvests in her community by volunteering at local schools, the It’s a Wonderful Life Festival, and the community Halloween walk. She also previously served as the Treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Seneca Falls.

In addition to spending time with her family, Jenny loves reading, traveling, bocce, and gardening.
