Mobile Deposit Issue

We are aware of an issue with Mobile Deposit when trying to take a picture of a check. This issue is isolated to Apple users on iOS 16.

While we work on fixing the issue, there is a workaround that will still allow you to take pictures and deposit checks. When you’re taking a photo of your check, you will be prompted to rotate your device. When you see this prompt, rotate your device to the right to take the picture. Please note, text will appear upside-down.

If you are still unable to take a picture after rotating your device to the right, please close the app and then try again.
