1. Protect Your Accounts

  • Monitor Your Accounts. Watch for unusual activity. ESL will never ask for your personal or banking information via unsolicited calls, texts, emails, or links.

2. Stay Alert Online & On the Go

  • Be Cautious on Public Wi-Fi. Avoid accessing financial accounts on unsecured networks.
  • Think Twice Before Downloading. Only use trusted apps and files.
  • Keep Devices Updated. Regular updates help protect against threats.
  • Take Advantage of Notifications. Turn on ESL Mobile Banking push notifications and ESL Online Banking email and text alerts to stay informed.

3. If You Suspect Fraud

  • Contact ESL Right Away. ESL is your safe zone for anything related to fraud — reach out and ask questions so we can help you safely navigate a situation.
  • Secure Your Accounts. Change passwords and review recent activity.
  • Report the Incident. Visit ReportFraud.ftc.gov to file a report.
