Jacqueline is a Senior Fiduciary Officer with ESL Trust Services. Throughout her more than 30 year career, she has focused on the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, Medicaid planning, Medicaid eligibility, Special Needs Trust planning and administration, estate tax, and fiduciary income tax.
As a Trust Officer, Jacqueline administers trust and estate relationships, ensuring they are in full compliance with the governing documents. She maintains a consistently high level of client service, retention, and expansion of assigned relationships. She holds industry certifications including Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Accredited Estate Planner (AEP®), Certified Elder Planning Strategist (CEPS), and is a Registered Paralegal (RP).
Jacqueline has contributed articles on the topics of Medicaid and estate planning in both national and local publications. She has been a regular contributor in the areas of Medicaid, estate and trust planning and administration on Radio WHAM 1180 in Rochester, NY. Jacqueline is an adjunct instructor with Cannon Financial Institute. Additionally, she has taught numerous seminars concentrating in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration and fiduciary income taxation.
