Customer Stories: Dan

Dan

Livonia

Dan is a former accounting and business professor who taught at RIT’s National Technical Institute for the Deaf for 30 years. Now retired, he tries to “live life big” by playing the drums (and sometimes guitar) with his four-member rock band and traveling to various chess tournaments (playing locally at the Rochester Chess Center).

“I'm a big supporter of local businesses, and I'd rather have my money going into a local [organization], which ESL is."

He and his wife both bank at ESL for the family-like feel, benefits of the Owners’ Dividend and competitive interest rates. “They’re right on par,” Dan said. “I'm a big supporter of local businesses, and I'd rather have my money going into a local [organization], which ESL is. I feel I’m a part of ESL and it's been a big part of our financial life.”
