Michael has been an employee with ESL for 11 years, growing his career in home equity lending. He takes pride in the time and attention he gives every application, knowing each is a person, not a number. “Helping people get financing to essentially change their lives is huge,” Michael said. “I always want to give people a second look that a computer can’t.”
