ESL Federal Credit Union Names Adrienne Collier as Diversity and Inclusion Program Manager

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently named Adrienne Collier as diversity and inclusion program manager. In her new role, Collier will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity strategies that attract, retain, and promote a talented, diverse workforce within the credit union.

Collier joined the company with more than 20 years of experience within the human resources industry. She previously worked as assistant director of human resources/affirmative action officer with The College at Brockport, State University of New York, and employee relations representative at Walt Disney World Company, Inc., respectively. She most recently served as assistant to the president for diversity and equity/director of affirmative action at the State University of New York at Geneseo.

Collier holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Daemen College. She resides in Gates.
