ESL Federal Credit Union Names Salvador Casiano as Branch Manager of its Merchants Walk Office

Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union recently named Salvador Casiano as branch manager of its Merchants Walk office. In his new position, Casiano will oversee branch operations including loan and deposit, cash management, compliance policies, and the management of branch personnel.

Casiano holds more than 25 years of experience within the financial services industry. Prior to joining ESL, Casiano held various positions with Citizens Bank and HSBC Bank USA. Most recently he served as branch manager of The Summit Federal Credit Union.

Casiano earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a minor in accounting, from Central University of Bayamon, Puerto Rico. He is a past board member of the Rochester Latino Rotary Club and Action for a Better Community. Currently, he serves as a board member of Light of the World Assembly of God Church.

Casiano and his wife reside in Rochester. They have two children.
