The following financial hardship offerings are available throughout the duration of the government shutdown:

Please note, scammers may attempt to target those affected by the government shutdown. Know that ESL will never ask you to do the following as a condition of hardship relief:
- Click links in text messages to verify information.
- Provide your banking login credentials like your username and password.
- Share your one-time use passcodes or confirm login codes sent to your phone or email.
