ESL Federal Credit Union Recognized at National Training Top 125 Awards by Training Magazine
Rochester, NY — ESL Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that for the 12th consecutive year, Training Magazine named the locally-owned credit union one of the Training Top 125 for 2018.
ESL ranked #18 on the list, which includes other well-known companies such as Best Buy (#10), and local companies Paychex (#14) and ConServe (#43). Top 125 companies were measured on several factors including training tied to business objectives, number of trainers, employee turnover and retention, leadership development, tuition assistance, and training technology and infrastructure. The list of 2018 honorees includes learning-focused organizations, such as Leading Real Estate Companies of the World at No. 1., New York Community Bancorp at No. 2, followed by Sonic Automotive, BNSF Railway, and Dollar General Corporation, LLC, at Nos. 3, 4, and 5, respectively.
