Sawyer HoytPittsford Mendon High School
Sawyer, a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient, serves as a positive pillar in her community. Along with achieving the highest level of recognition in Girl Scouts by fostering positive community and inclusivity by designing recess games at Canandaigua Elementary School, Sawyer is also in the National Honors Society, received a sportsmanship award from her school’s cross-country team, and is a member of various clubs at school that help foster community and highlight empowerment of different groups. She also has received multiple awards at the Pittsford Mendon Fine Arts Festival, and a PTSA award for incentive in French.
