Updating Your Spectrum Account Information

Spectrum recently announced they upgraded their billing system which gave their customers new account numbers and a new payment remittance address.

To help avoid potential delays in Spectrum receiving your payment, you’ll need to update your account information in ESL Online Bill Pay.

How to update your account information in ESL Online Bill Pay

ESL Mobile Banking:

  • Log into Mobile Banking
  • Tap Bill Pay from menu at the bottom
  • Tap Payees
  • Tap Spectrum
  • Tap Edit (upper right corner)
  • Update Account Number field
  • Enter Account Number again where it asks to ‘Confirm Account Number’
  • Tap Done

ESL Online Banking:

  • Log into Online Banking
  • Select Bill Pay from menu at top
  • Select Options below Spectrum
  • Select Account Information
  • Update Account Number field
  • Enter Account Number again where it asks to ‘Confirm Account Number’
  • Select Save

If you receive your bill electronically (eBill) through ESL Online Bill Pay, you will still need to update your account information in ESL Online Bill Pay.

Please note, you may not be able to update the payment remittance address because ESL has special arrangements in place with Spectrum and this address will be updated accordingly.
