It is evident through Tre’s experience that he is passionate and driven to help his community thrive and prosper. Tre’s efforts in the fight for equality are outstanding. He has helped his school’s administrators create outlets for minority student’s voices to be heard through marches and weekly meetings and is an active member of the Diversity Club. Tre has been named as an Urban League Black Scholar and has won multiple awards recognizing his academic achievements. Tre’s efforts to unite his community and shine academically are extraordinary.

Where will you be attending college?
Rochester Institute of Technology
How do you plan to use your scholarship funds?
I plan on saving the majority for any college expenses that may arise and using a small percentage to upgrade my computer.
What parts of high school are you most proud of?
Overall, I’m very proud of my ability to manage my time between work, being social as well as schoolwork. My time management skills drastically improved!
What are you looking forward to most in your college career?
I’m looking forward to learning more about everything life has to offer and building friendships with new people.
