Amy CrandallBranch Manager, Medina
Amy’s experience in banking spans more than two decades. She started her career at Medina Savings and Loan where she held various roles, including Head Teller, Mortgage Clerk, and Branch Manager, and she most recently worked at Generations Bank as the AVP Branch Manager of Orleans County. She joined our team in 2026 after the ESL acquisition of Generations. As the Branch Manager of our Medina Office, Amy oversees daily operations, drives growth, and ensures regulatory compliance.

An active member of her community, Amy is currently the President of the Medina Area Partnership and previously served as the organization’s Treasurer. In her spare time she loves spending time outside and enjoys kayaking, fishing, hiking, gardening, and bird watching.
