Jessica UruburuBranch Manager, Webster
Jessica’s experience includes a long tenure in banking, stretching nearly two decades and numerous branch leadership positions. She first started with ESL in 2021 as Assistant Branch Manager and then was promoted to the role of Branch Manager in 2023. As Branch Manager of the ESL Webster Office, Jessica leads the oversight and development of the ESL branch team, including operations, coaching, loans, and deposits. Her focus also includes working with members to help them reach their financial wellness goals and receive a superior customer experience.

Jessica holds an associate’s degree from Monroe Community College. When away from the branch, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and attending their sporting events.
