Stephanie NorthupBranch Manager, Auburn & Union Springs
As the Branch Manager of our Auburn and Union Springs Offices, Stephanie brings more than 16 years of retail banking experience to this role. In addition to overseeing branch operations and staff coaching, she meets with members to help address their respective banking needs. Stephanie joined our team in 2026 following the ESL acquisition of Generations Bank. While at Generations, Stephanie held various roles, working her way up from Teller to Senior Market Manager.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Keuka College. When she’s not assisting members, she enjoys reading, photography, and counted cross stitch. She also volunteers her time as a Child Family Services Board Member.
