Yadira TuckerBranch Center District Manager, Finger Lakes
Yadira has more than 15 years’ worth of experience in the banking industry, with extensive branch management and branch leadership experience. She joined ESL in 2022, serving most recently as the Branch Manager of our Brighton-Henrietta Office before beginning her present role as Finger Lakes District Manager in 2026. In this position, she leads a team of more than 60 employees and helps ensure that ESL consistently delivers a superior experience to members and employees alike throughout our 11 Finger Lakes branches. She oversees sales coaching, team development, operational excellence, and member loyalty activities.
