Caytie BowserSenior VP/Director, Product & Customer Experience
Caytie has held a variety of roles in her more than 20-year tenure at ESL, including positions in Market Research and Product Management, and most recently as SVP/Director, Product Development & Management.
In her current role as SVP/Director, Product & Delivery, Caytie oversees development and management of ESL’s product and service portfolios, marketing, digital engagement, and customer experience as well as leading the mortgage and indirect lending teams. She graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in business administration from the State University of New York at Geneseo and an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Outside of the office, Caytie sits on the boards of The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester and Causewave Community Partners.
