Jillian ReitanoVP/Director, Growth & Strategy
Jillian serves as the Vice President/Director, Growth & Strategy and leads the corporate planning process for ESL. Her career with ESL spans more than twenty years, including branch-level, branch operations, project management, and strategy management experience. Her current role includes coordinating the balanced scorecard results, leading activities aligned with growth for the organization, and ensuring sustainable growth is included across all strategic decisions for the organization.
Jillian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in finance from SUNY Brockport and holds a Palladium Kaplan-Norton Strategy Execution Certification. Outside of the office, she volunteers her time with an educational outreach program that supports individuals coping with life’s challenges.
