Maureen R. WolfeExecutive VP/Director, Human Resources & Community Impact
Maureen came to ESL in 2005 as the Talent Management Manager after having worked 15 years in a range of human resource and management roles. She was promoted to Vice President in 2008, Senior Vice President in June 2012 when community relations responsibilities were added to her Human Resources accountabilities, and Executive Vice President in 2022. In her current role, Maureen serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer and plans, directs, and has overall responsibility for the development and management of ESL’s human resource policies and programs that enhance the value of the company’s human resources and builds employee engagement. Additionally, Maureen oversees the delivery of ESL’s community grants and the execution of our community impact strategic framework. Maureen earned an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology after receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Maureen volunteers her time and expertise to the community in various ways, serving as the Chair of the MCC Foundation Board and on the board of Thompson Health. Additionally, she is a member of the Rochester Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) Executive Committee and previously served on the board for the Memorial Art Gallery.
