Tom currently serves as President and CEO of ESL Federal Credit Union, assuming this leadership position in April 2026. He joined ESL in 2013 and has served in the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Director of Marketplace, and Chief Operating Officer (COO) during his tenure with the organization. In these leadership roles, Tom has led the Treasury and Accounting teams at ESL, as well as various business functions of the organization. These departments included Retail Banking, Business Banking, Mortgage Lending, Indirect Auto Lending, Wealth Management, and Product and Delivery teams.

When Tom joined ESL, the organization gained more than 20 years of diverse financial experience. Prior to joining ESL, he led Broadstone Real Estate, LLC, as president and chief operating officer.

Tom received his BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and earned an MBA from the University of Rochester, William E. Simon Graduate School of Business. Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York. He generously volunteers his time and talent to the community, currently serving on the board for Geva Theatre Center, The Center for Governmental Research and Junior Achievement. Previously, Tom served on the boards of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, COMET Informatics, LLC, United Way of Greater Rochester, Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity, the Rochester Hearing and Speech Center, and The Center for Youth Services.
